Hansen Palmer Associates provides feasibility studies, preparation of plans and specification, cost estimation, bid review and analysis, contract administration, shop drawing review and construction supervision for electrical power, lighting, data and communications if desired.

As a routine procedure under the preliminary design development stage, the project is reviewed and the methods of achieving the desired design objectives, prior to the start of actual working drawings, is discussed. As a quality assurance, the final plans and specifications are checked by a principal of the firm, to verify accomplishments of the design objectives and to certify correctness of the documents.

The Hansen Palmer Associates, Ltd. staff is experienced in the design of the industrial plants and warehouses.

Services are offered in the electrical design of process systems; site development and compliance work with governmental agencies. These services include the development of detailed construction plans and specifications.

Construction Consulting Services
In addition to electrical design services provided to architectural firms, mechanical engineering firms, owners, etc., we also provide permit and construction drawings, construction and contract administration, bid analysis and negotiation, also field services if required.

for the purchase of components such as lighting fixtures, electronic communication, networking equipment, distribution equipment and fire alarm system.

Research & Development
